I am Board Certified in Preventive Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine with over 30 years of experience in Population Health and Clinical Preventive Medicine. I have always been interested in treating the whole person and my training and personal journey lead me to Lifestyle Medicine. Total Wellness Lifestyle Medicine allows me to help others make the connection and empower them to take control of their health.

Experience in creating and implementing two faith-based healthy living programs in which some participants were taken off medications. Years of speaking engagements, educating diverse populations on disease prevention and avoidance of risky behaviors.
Years of experience in speaking to community groups and chairing community-based health programs and committees.
Our Mission
The goal of Lifestyle Medicine is to treat the root cause of disease through prevention, management and reversal of lifestyle related diseases. Lifestyle Medicine uses evidenced based lifestyle interventions as first line treatment.
The six pillars of lifestyle medicine are nutrition, exercise, regenerative sleep, connectedness and positive psychology, avoiding substance abuse and mental health well-being.​
